Problem in Logging into IIBF website - Submit button not working ?

It is common that IIBF sends admit tickets only a few days before exam through emails. Some people don’t receive admit tickets through emails. They have to download it from IIBF’s website. For downloading admit card, one have to login using their user ID and password. But after entering user name, password and captcha, I clicked on the submit button. But it is not working at all! So I send an email to IIBF regarding the issue. But they didn’t respond. So I have to find out the solution.
Solution: The above problem is because of proxy settings. So we have to do the following.

1. Right Click on the network tray icon near the clock

2. Open Network and Sharing Centre

3. Click on the internet options in the lower corner of the left hand side of the newly opened window.

4. Choose connection tab in the newly opened window.

5. Select LAN settings

6. Select Automatically detect settings

7. Apply –> OK

Close all the windows. Open the browser and go to the login page of the IIBF’s website and try to login. If you still face problems, open your browser and go to settings page and deselect/de activate proxy. So now you can log in.
