1. Banasura Sagar Dam

  • The largest earth dam in India

2. Idukki Dam

  • Started construction in 30 April 1969

5 Mullaperiyar Dam

  •  First dam in Kerala 
  • The district in which Mullaperiyar Dam located - Idukki
  • The construction work of the dam started in the year - 1887
  • It was commissioned in the year - 1895
  • Mullaperiyar lease agreement was signed on - 29 October 1886
  • The dam was made with - Surki Mixture

Kerala PSC - List of Tiger Reserves in India

                Sometimes Kerala PSC has asked questions about Tiger Reserves in India. There are 50 Tiger reserves in India, of them two are in Kerala.
